MASTER TRAINERS:

MASHA S
We recommend being able to do basic inverts to join as a minimum for the Inters level – we will split the groups roughly into the following (feel free to send us your Instagram handle with some recent videos if you are unsure still on checkout and we will place you in the right group with similarly skilled people – this is less about the label – but grouping people with similar skill levels!)
Inter/ Pre-Adv group: should be able to invert from the ground (inside & outside leg hangs), brass monkey, maybe working on jade, maybe working toward Aysha and handsprings/ working on shoulder mounts/ aerial inverts.
If you can handspring & Aysha VERY comfortably and aerial shoulder mount comfortably – consider joining the Advanced group.
Advanced: should be comfortably inverting aerially (ie aerial shoulder mounts), and handspring/ Aysha from the ground – might be working on aerial deadlifts and other higher level tricks such as flips or more extreme and advanced moves such as dynamic spins (Phoenix) or flexy moves such as BoP/ Deville/ Pegasus. You do not need to be able to do these moves or be a flexy person to join this group – join this group for a more advanced challenging retreat experience.
Pro/Elite group: high level professional group geared toward international competitors and instructors. You are comfortable with aerial deadlifts and basic flips, can do at least one Phoenix and maybe already do some of the extreme tricks or are working on perfecting things such as Fonji, Flic Flac, Bird of Paradise, Broken Split, Eagle, Rainbow (you do not need to be both a contortion and power poler to join this group but this is the level across the board – we understand some people will not do both Rainbow and Flic Flac!) If you are a professional competitor or high level instructor this should be the group for you (our instructors will work a wide range of elite tricks – not everyone is expected to do all the types of tricks if you prefer flips to flexy tricks for example). Options will be given.
Beginner Level
No prerequisites are required to join the Beginner Instructor Training Camp. We do recommend having at least six months of pole training experience before signing up, as this will help you get the most out of the program.Intermediate & Advanced Levels
For the Intermediate course (and the Advanced add-on), we recommend that participants are training at a high-intermediate or pre-advanced level. You don’t need to be able to perform every single move taught in these courses—the focus is on learning how to break down the tricks, understand the technique points, and deliver them through a variety of teaching methods (not just demonstration).During your practical teaching assessment, you’ll only need to demonstrate two tricks per level. Example options include:
Intermediate: Jade, Straddle Handstand, Shoulder Mount, Inside Leg Hang, Outside Leg Hang
Advanced: Aysha, Elbow Aysha, Aerial Shoulder Mount, Handspring
Reassurance for Advanced Level
Don’t worry—you do not need to perform Fonjis or Russian Splits to complete the Advanced Teacher Training. However, we will cover how to safely teach these moves, provide training tips, and help you work toward building the strength and confidence to eventually perform and teach them yourself.
Prices are by default in GBP but you can toggle in the top right corner (near the cart icon) to any currency and pay in any currency!
The Ayara Kamala Resort & Spa, Phuket. It has won numerous global awards like World Honeymoon Resort and Luxury Romantic Villa! Check it out HERE
Contact the hotel directly HERE to book additional nights at the special pole retreat rates. Alternatively, why not stay in central Phuket or Patong Beach for one night before and move up to the Ayara on the day camp starts? You could even stay in bustling crazy Bangkok and just fly down mid-morning on Day 1 (it’s only 1hr 20mins flight).
No! We have ‘No Accommodation’ packages available for those wishing to book their own hotels or for local residents and the hotel shuttle will be available to pick you up from Kamala Beach (free every other hour, or THB 150 for other times).
Kamala Beach Hotels are between 5-10mins drive away in a taxi or on the RESORT SHUTTLE.
Examples:
- B Happy Resort Kamala = $47 AUD per room per night for a premium bungalow – our student mentioned it was basic but all she needed and super cheap! (there are options for less and for more here too)
- Kamala Resort & Spa = depending on time of booking they have offers between $80 – $140 AUD per room per night for a studio room. Our student that stayed here loved it, and would totally stay here again she said!
Other options in the Kamala area:
- Baan Natacha Beachfront Guesthouse = $47 per room per night (6mins drive)
- Kamala Beach Inn = $58 per room per night (5mins drive)
- The Trend Kamala = $74 per night (14 mins drive)
- Chabana Kamala = $79 per night (7 mins drive)
- Baan Chaba Bungalows = $89 per night (9mins drive)
Kalim Bay is about 10-12mins drive away in a taxi
Example:
- Wyndham Grand = $94 -$180 per night
Patong Beach Hotels are approx 20mins drive away in a taxi (but are extremely cheap! For instance – you can find a decent 2 star hotel for around AUD 40-55 per night! Or cheaper if you really want something cheap – this is the main city centre so there are a LOT MORE to choose from just search… lots of nightlife and shopping in this area!) Some decent one’s like Holiday Inn also mid range available.
Examples:
- Hemmingway Silk Hotel = $42 per room per night
- Patong Mansion Hotel = $54 per room per night
- Holiday Inn Express Patong = $100 per room per night
Payment plans are available over 5 months! Please note failed payments incur a fee so read our T&C. All payments must be completed by the start date – if there is a balance owing it will be deducted the day before camp starts. Any missed payments or failed payments will incur a £5 fee.
Yes! Book your spot in a twin or triple and we will match you with room mates (we will attempt to match you with same sex however may match with same sex if no other persons are available for a room share- no discrimination however so you will not be able to specify your preferences of sex, age, race, sexual orientation – if this is an issue book your own single room! We pride ourselves on being an inclusive and non judgmental camp!). Please also be aware that if your room type is not available toward the end based on the numbers of people you may need to upgrade (for example if you booked a triple but there’s only one roomie left you will need to be upgrade to a twin, or if you booked a TWIN and there are no roomies available you MUST upgrade and pay the difference to a SINGLE) So get in early to make sure you get paired up with roomies in your chosen option if you want to room share with people that are not travelling with you.

The EDP courses are accredited by AUSactive (formerly Fitness Australia), the ACE (American Council on Exercise), and the PDC (Pole Dance Community – UK, Europe, USA).
Each Ecole de Pole training program earns you Continuing Education Credits (CECs) in both Australia and the USA. In most European countries, as well as Canada, New Zealand, and many parts of Asia, fitness accreditation bodies will also accept your international CECs from Australia and the USA. Simply contact your local organization to confirm. If you need the course codes for verification, just send us a message and we’ll provide them.
As an approved PDC teaching program, completion also makes you eligible for PDC insurance and the opportunity to become an approved PDC teacher/member.
You can, if you have an accredited beginner certification already such as the EDP Beginner instructor training certificate or equivalent. Otherwise you will need to complete the Beginner course first – then can continue on with Inters at the camp. You must provide your certificate to us for verification if planning to just join Intermediate or Advanced.
